Menu Plan: Week of March 4
Monday - salads and pepperoni calzone/stromboli with spinach, olives, ham, cheese
Tuesday - salads and Mediterranean style pasta (tomato and tuna)
Wednesday - salads and Greek pasta with chicken, shrimp, oregano, black olives, diced tomatoes, zucchini
Thursday - salads and tomato-basil penne Hamburger Helper with peas and diced tomatoes, and chipotle sweet potato mash
Friday - BBQ quinoa-lentil loaf and almond broccoli
Saturday - dinner out with a friend so Husband Jeff will probably have pizza
Sunday - 16-bean and ham soup in the pressure cooker and crab cakes
