Super- Quick Broiled Fish

This is one quick recipe!  The inspiration comes from Broiled Tilapia Parmesan, but I use swai fish since that's what I have on hand.  I found it in the frozen section at Target, it's a mild white fish similar to tilapia but my searching on the internet says it's related to catfish. 

I prefer not to measure ingredients if can avoid it, so I throw the topping together in a little bowl and stir is up.  I also substitute/exclude ingredients depending on what we've got in the kitchen and what I feel like making.  The most recent time we had this, my husband claimed it was better than steak -- it is really good, but I think steak is still better.  :)  He also said this could be in a regular weekly meal rotation.  My toddler son can eat almost an entire fish filet by himself, so I think that's a big 'thumbs up' from him, too!
